Logged into FB earlier today..
And just before I quickly go the the hecks out of there I saw.
A “successful marketer” guilt tripping customers into not getting a refund.
I'm talking the kind of stuff that make you say “huh?”
Like:
“You are taking food of the tables of starving families by requesting a refund”
My stance is a simple one;-
If you say you are giving a refund within a certain amount of time.
Honor it.
If you say “no questions asked” money back guarantee on your sales page.
Honor it, don't ask questions.
You see;-
It is far easier to just do what you say you are going to do, instead of doing something else.
Want to build your email list?
Did you say you was gonna build it?
Haven't started yet?
Why?
Had that Resolution to get in better shape this year?
Haven't started yet…
Why?
You are saying that you can't even honor your own words – so why on EARTH should anyone else?
People start things on Monday and by Friday they are saying they are going to start over on Monday
How about you just maintain appearances.
Start and just keep it going.
Mucho better that way.
Do with this what you will.
Me?
Well I'm gonna do me.
